ProPay Client Support

To have ProPay automatically update the card numbers and/or expiration dates of your customers' saved ProtectPay credit cards, you can contact your account manager (or Client Support) to enroll in the EnsureBill program. 

You can either enroll all your payment tokens for update, or mark specific ones using the 'protected' flag in the ProtectPay API to indicate which tokens should be enrolled to receive updates.

Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards are eligible, though not all issuing banks participate.

Pricing is structured so that you pay only for the updates you receive (new card number or expiration date, or account closed notifications).
