Question: I use ProPay Canada, how do I enter or update my bank account online?

Solution:

1. Log in (https://www.propaycanada.ca/)

2. Hover your mouse over "my account" and select "edit my profile".

3. On the Edit My Profile page, under "Options to edit your ProPay profile", select the link for "Change / Add Chequing Account".

5. Use the following guide to enter the numbers from the bottom of a cheque:
